How to Register:

• Complete & submit online registration form (select from topic below). Make certain that you have selected the correct level, location, and date.

• Complete Security Badge Request Information form (print a copy of the form)
• Mail SECURITY BADGE REQUEST FORM AND Registration Fee to:

• We will confirm your registration by email after receiving the Security Badge Request Information form and registration fee. (Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis)

Cost:

$15 registration fee per workshop. Make checks payable to the UC Regents. The registration fee covers morning hospitality and lunches. Refunds will be available up to fifteen days prior to the workshop start date with written notice submitted by email or fax.

Participation:

Middle school, high school, & two-year college instructors. Participation is limited to 25 educators per session. U.S. Citizenship required.

Security Badge:

All participants must complete Security Badge Request Information form. A printout of this form MUST BE COMPLETED and mailed in to finalize your registration. Please note that without this information, you will not be allowed onsite.

Travel Stipends:

Modest travel awards may be provided to teachers traveling beyond a fifty mile radius to the workshop locations. These requests will be considered individually and preference will be provided to teachers serving diverse, rural and socio-economically disadvantaged communities. Funds are limited.
