Energy Technologies & the Environment
The Energy Technologies Research Academy is designed to give teachers experience in promoting and conducting research in the fields of climate, carbon, and energy. Instruction will help teachers develop their understanding of carbon management and climate change in the biosphere, atmosphere, and ocean systems. Participants will explore alternative energy sources and applications such as solar, wind, hydrogen and nuclear.
These standards-based workshops and offered at a modest fee of $25 to participants. The fee covers morning hospitality and lunches.
